How to train core, cardio and strength without machines

Today's Workout Includes
Cardio
Strength
Core

Routine
30 seconds on and 10 seconds off

Exericses
1. Biceps Curl
2. Triceps Extensions
3. Squats
4. Lunges
5. FW crunches
6. Oblique crunches

Warm Up
2 minute cardio exercises

Round 1
Strength and then cardio sequence. Repeat until 5 minutes is up.

Round 2
Cardio, Core, Strength sequence.
Repeat until 9 minutes is up

You can repeast Round 2 one more time to make entire workout 25 minutes of work.
