Ok guys, if you completed round 2 - the block routine, then congratulations! You deserve a protein shake or a great post workout meal. Remember, this routine can be done 2 times a week along with round 3 - the strength and cardio circuit.
Round 3 is very similar to Round 3 found in the Workout Routine Set 1. Go back to the beginners program to find that workout.
