10 Day Eating Challenge

Let's reset your body with good nutrition.  Introducing the 10 day eating challenge.

Simply put, this challenge will help remove toxins in your body, reset your metabolism, and put your body back in to an alkaline state.

In doing so, you will allow your body to turn off your self defense mechenism, which is causing your body to hold on to fat in an effort to defend itself from the toxins you are eating.

You body over the next 10 days will not have these toxins and your body will turn off  its self defense mechanism, thus releasing your excess bodyfat.

If you successfully do this, you can experince a loss of extra weight, increased energy, and a renewed relationship with food.

Recomended steps to complete this challenge:

Step 1 - Review the document below to know what you can eat and what you should avoid.

Step 2 - Go shopping for the food you will be eating

Step 3 - Pick a start date and plan out the next 10 days.

You will get through the 10 days as long as you plan out your meals.  Many people have successfuly completed this 10 day challenge and you can too.
