Beginners Workout Program

Just starting out with your fitness journey?  Well, this is the perfect program to get you started. 

You will get a how to video for each of the following workouts so you can follow along and know you are doing the correct exercise.

This beginners workout program contain 4 workout routines producing these outcomes:

  1.   Strength and muscle building
  2.   Ab strengthening and toning
  3.   Cardiovascular conditioning
  4.   Calorie and fat burning

How to use this program

Step 1 - Do Round 1 to begin.  Perform this first to familiarize yourself with the exercises as all the other rounds will incorporate these exercises.

Step 2 - After getting comfortable with Round 1 exercises, move on to the other Rounds.  Rounds 2, and 3 will include strength while round 4 has no strength.  Give yourself a week or so depending on your workout frequency to complete all 4 rounds and be comfortable with them.   You can do any of the rounds in any order as long as you do them.  Also, you can complete each round more than once during a given day.  For example, you can do round 1 3 times or round 2 2 times and be done with your workout.

Step 3 -  Once you have completed all the rounds and feel comfortable with them, you can now incorporate these workouts into your workout schedule.  Depending on how often you are working out per week, you can continue doing these exercises for 8 weeks.  Afterwards, you may need to change things up.  This is where you can explore  the other programs in this app.
