How to train 3 areas for 10 minutes each

3 focus areas
10 min cardio
10 min strength
10 min core

Cardio
High knees
Jumping jacks
Step ups
Side step on step
Toe taps on step

Strength
Biceps curl
Triceps extension
Squats
Lunges
Push ups

Core
Fw crunch
Oblique crunch
Leg raise toe touch
Plank
Side plank

So do each exercise 1 min each with 15 sec between exercises. Complete 5 exercises in each area and then repeat for a total of 10 min
