How to have fun working out with dominoes

Today is about lower body

Let’s have some fun.

So today's workout is about using chance with cards or dominos.

Just like last week, we did 3 round.

Round 1 - pick 3 cards or dominos and do the number on the cards.

Round 2 - pick 3 cards or dominos and pick another 3 cards or dominos. The second set is the set to switch if you want. If you have a buddy you are working out with, you can switch with them if you want or keep what you selects. Do the number on the card or domino.

Round 3 - pick 3 cards or dominios and decide if you have red or black on the cards or odd or even with the dominos. If you guess incorrect, you need to do 2 times the number on the card or domino.

Core

1. forward crunches
2. oblique curnches
3. leg raise toe touch
4. frog pull
5. Plank

Each for 30 seconds and 10 seconds of rest between.
This time, do each exercise 2 times before moving on to the next exercise.
