How to train core, cardio and strength

Calorie burning, strength training, and core toning workout.

Workout Overview:
Strength, Cardio and Core

Round 1 - 5 minutes
30 seconds on and 10 second rest

All strength exercises
1. back rows, 2. biceps curls, 3. shoulder w, 4. Squats, 5, lunges then repeat for a total of 5 minutes of work

Round 2 - 8 minutes
cardio and strength set

30 second twice for each exercise for 1 min of work

above exercises with cardio intervals

So, 1 minutes of back exercises with 1 minutes of cardio

Round 3 - 12 mintues
Cardio, strength, and core set

1 minutes for each exercise

Core exercises: fw crunch, oblique crunch, leg raise toe touch, frog pulls, front kicks, front split kicks, planks, side planks

Total 25 min workout
